- Removed Homeworkify as they've [shut down](https://ibb.co/wJp6B3b).

- Removed both Awesome Privacy and Hitchhiker’s Guide in Privacy Indexes, and
  bumped PrivacyGuides.org to the top. PrivacyGuides is high quality and updated
  more often than others.
